Posted By Labtech Penta International

For the 2019 Calendar year, Labtech is scheduled to participate in 16 Events that are held all around the globe. Labtech will be speaking or presenting papers in these conferences and showcasing our training systems at the exhibitions. This year has already begun by participating in highly recognized events, where we have spoken about new challenges posed by Industry 4.0, and the challenges of how to prepare for the required future skills. We also spoke about the downside of IR4.0 and changes that will occur in the labor force, whereby present jobs will be lost, and it will fall to TVET to retrain and reskill these people. This will hit many developing countries quite hard, with a number of low and medium skill labor activities being lost, which may also result in their jobs or industries being shifted elsewhere. But there is hope that rising economies driven by new technologies, that will continue to uplift people worldwide, if we are proactive in training them for the required skills.

Labtech will continue to engage with senior educators around the globe about how TVET can be transformed by using new digital technologies to virtualize certain aspects of training. Labtech has a major ongoing program to develop a new generation of 3D digital learning resources, which can be deployed in several ways ranging from tablets, to laptops, to PCs as well as Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality systems. We have been creating new educational development strategies that can reduce the cost of delivering new TVET programs in half, compared to traditional methods. In the coming years we shall see these new systems start to be deployed, and this can change the face as well as the cost of education globally.

The list of the 16 events below are part of our regular larger events that we will participate in 2019.
