TESDA Director General Guiling Mamondiong delivers the opening speech in front of the distinguished officials from different ASEAN countries. Sec. “Gene” emphasized that TESDA programs must be accessed by target beneficiaries from the smallest and most remote communities. He wanted to redirect TVET towards a more aggressive and innovative provision of skills training in accordance with the growing demands of industries, communities and individuals without neglecting the marginalized and disadvantaged.
